  • Transaction data: listings, booking history, payment references, escrow/deposit events, and dispute records.
  • Safety data: serial numbers, handover evidence, support tickets, fraud signals, and moderation outcomes.
  • Technical data: device/browser info, IP, logs, and service diagnostics.
  • Location and address data: address text, geocoded location, and proximity-check results when you use address verification features.

4. Why We Use Data

  • To create and operate accounts, listings, bookings, and payouts.
  • To verify users, prevent fraud, and investigate abuse or unlawful conduct.
  • To process payments through regulated payment partners.
  • To provide customer support, disputes handling, and legal compliance.

5. Sharing of Data

We may share relevant data with payment providers, hosting and infrastructure providers, communication vendors, law enforcement or regulators where legally required, and counterparties involved in a booking or dispute. We do not sell personal data.

We retain personal data only for as long as required for service delivery, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, and legal obligations. Where deletion is requested and legally permitted, we delete or anonymize data within a reasonable period.
