This Privacy Policy describes how Motionometry collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes personal data when you use our website, account, listings, bookings, support channels, and trust & safety workflows.
We process personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 as brought into force from time to time.
We may share relevant data with payment providers, hosting and infrastructure providers, communication vendors, law enforcement or regulators where legally required, and counterparties involved in a booking or dispute. We do not sell personal data.
We retain personal data only for as long as required for service delivery, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, and legal obligations. Where deletion is requested and legally permitted, we delete or anonymize data within a reasonable period.
You may request access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal (where applicable), and grievance redressal by contacting support@motionometry.com with subject line "Privacy Request". We may verify identity before actioning requests.
Motionometry is intended for users who can legally contract. If we learn that prohibited child data has been collected, we will take steps to remove or restrict it as required by law.
We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to risk, including access controls, server-side validation for critical financial actions, and security monitoring. If required by law, we will notify relevant authorities and affected users of eligible breaches.
